Statuses

The portal uses status badges on several screens, and the same word can mean different things depending on where it appears. This page is organised by screen.

Run statuses

On Activity, each run carries one of these.

Badge	Meaning	What to do
Success	Every record read from the source reached the destination.	Nothing.
Partial	The run finished, but some records did not reach the destination.	Open the run and read its Failures section. The records that failed are still stale.
Failed	The run stopped without completing.	Open the run, read the Error block, and note which phase failed.
Running	The run is in flight now. Completed and Duration show — until it finishes.	Nothing — wait for it.

The filter chips at the top of Activity also include Cancelled, for runs that were stopped rather than left to finish.

While a sync is running, the pipeline’s own header shows a counting-up pill such as Running · 138s elapsed instead of a last-run result.

Partial is the one most easily missed. It is a success for most of your records and a silent failure for the rest.

Pipeline statuses

On the Pipelines list, the Status column describes the pipeline itself.

Badge	Meaning
active	The pipeline is in service and will run on its schedule.
paused	The pipeline is not in service. This is a separate setting from a schedule’s Active badge, which lives on the pipeline’s Schedules tab — if a pipeline is not running when you expect it to, check both.

The Last Status column on the same list is meant to be a run status, but it cannot be relied on: it reads — even for pipelines that run constantly, and Last Sync likewise reads Never. Use the pipeline’s own header pill, or Activity, to find out how the last run went.

Integration statuses

On the Integrations list, active means the integration is in service.

Integrations are not something you configure yourself. If one is not active and your syncs are failing, contact your Unifd contact.

Product statuses

On a products pipeline’s Products tab, each product carries two badges that need reading together.

Push — whether the product has been sent to your storefront at all.

Badge	Meaning
Pushed	It has been sent, and Unifd knows where it lives on the storefront.
Not pushed	It has never been sent.

Health — whether what is on the storefront is current and correct.

Badge	Meaning
OK	Up to date.
Changed	Edited in your source system since it was last sent, so the storefront copy is out of date.
Failed	The last attempt to send it was rejected. A view error control shows the reason.

Company statuses

On a companies pipeline’s Companies tab, Push and Health work as they do for products, with one extra Health value.

Badge	Meaning
Inactive · access revoked	The account is no longer active in your source system, so its buyers’ storefront access has been removed. The account and its history remain.

Fulfilment states

On a fulfilments pipeline’s Fulfilments tab.

Badge	Meaning
Awaiting tracking	Waiting for your source system to supply despatch details. Normal for a recent order.
Sending to Shopify	The update is on its way to your storefront.
Partially fulfilled	Part of the order has been despatched and is live on your storefront; the rest is still to come. Matches Shopify’s own Partially fulfilled badge.
Fulfilled	Your storefront has been updated. Complete.
Failed	The update was rejected. Needs attention.
Gift card, no shipment	The order was gift cards only, so it reached your source system as an invoice rather than an order. Nothing will ever be despatched against it, and no action is needed.

Order states

On an orders pipeline’s Orders tab: Synced, Awaiting payment, Ready to push, Failed, Ineligible and Drift detected. The Type column shows B2C or B2B. Only Failed and Drift detected need you.

Cash receipt statuses

On a cash-receipts pipeline’s Cash receipts tab: Created, Posted, Applied, Failed and Missing/Pending. Applied is the finished state.

Gift card statuses

On a gift-cards pipeline’s Issued tab.

Badge	Meaning
Active	Mirrored onto your storefront and ready to redeem.
Registered (pending mirror)	Issued by your provider but not yet on your storefront, so not yet redeemable.

Schedule status

On a pipeline’s Schedules tab, an Active badge means the schedule is switched on and will fire at its next run time.

Data filters that are not statuses

Some chips are ways of slicing a list rather than statuses in their own right — Needs action on products and companies, and Has issues, Not synced and Out of stock on Stock, where Out of stock is a stock question, not a sync one.
