Your account details now show on a support request

The details Unifd attaches to a support request — your business, workspace and role — now appear on the form, greyed out, instead of being hidden. You can see exactly what is being sent before you send it. See Getting help. _{v0.1.47 · 1 September 2026}

Get help without leaving the portal

A help button now sits in the bottom-right corner of every page once you are signed in. It opens a short request form with your account details already filled in, and an order that cannot be sent gains a Contact support action that names the record for you.
